As part of an assignment for my stress management class, i was not allowed to read, watch or listen to any political news. I could be up to date on any entertainment or sports news but thats all. Now, i listen to ALOT of NPR, in thats it's sort of a default on my kitchen and car radio. It actually took effort to turn off the tv when the news came on, or turn the channel every time XPN played the hourly news update. Now, it's only been 4 days and i'm done. I can't do it anymore! i have being unaware of what's going on in the world! frankly, it was stressing my out, so if i get in trouble, too bad. I just can't live without terry gross.
So this morning i listened to Radio times on NPR, read the NY Times and watched good morning america. ahhhh, nothing like a big dose of the news to calm one's nerves. (however that may have been ano overdose!)
oh, aND btw: what is UP with this Iranian President?! what a jerk.
